NARS K9 Training Mannequin

The NARS K9 is a canine mannequin representing the anatomical characteristics of a Belgian Malinois.

It is the first of its kind internationally, enabling training and exercises for canine emergency scenarios.

The NARS K9 is controlled by a wireless tablet, allowing the simulation of traumatic injuries most commonly sustained by working or operational dogs. The instructor controls the volume and intensity of barking, the dog's breathing, hemorrhagic bleeding, and reactions to handler interventions via the remote control tablet.

The tablet software includes pre-configured scenarios and a scenario generator.

The NARS K9 features realistic weight, anatomical landmarks, breathing, heart rate, and pulse check points, active bleeding, as well as durable fur and paws. The simulator includes additional interchangeable limbs.

Possible interventions include bleeding control, airway management, intravenous and subcutaneous access, and wound management.
