The PELTOR PROTAC - Dark System active ear protection, sold without helmet, is designed to protect the hearing of intervention, rescue, and working dogs in particularly noisy environments. Developed in collaboration with K9 operators, they are used by numerous professionals and K9 units worldwide.
Equipped with the active PELTOR PROTAC system, they actively reduce significant noises while allowing the dog to maintain perception of ambient sounds and essential warning signals. This technology is particularly suited for situations such as helicopter travel, patrols, or shooting environments.
The protection also integrates 3.5 mm earphones for listening only, allowing auditory contact with the dog despite noise disturbances. Their waterproof, robust, and comfortable design is particularly suitable for German Shepherd and Malinois type dogs.
These protections constitute an optional part of the Dark System helmet and must be used with compatible equipment. They allow for completing and customizing the dog's configuration according to missions and needs.
