Description

The PELTOR PROTAC - Dark System active ear protection, sold without a helmet, is designed to protect the hearing of intervention, rescue, and working dogs in particularly noisy environments. Developed in collaboration with canine handlers, they are used by many professionals and K9 units worldwide.

Equipped with the PELTOR PROTAC active system, they actively reduce significant noise while allowing the dog to maintain perception of essential ambient sounds and warning signals. This technology is particularly suited for situations such as helicopter travel, patrols, or shooting environments.

The protection also integrates 3.5 mm headphones for listening only, allowing auditory contact with the dog despite noise pollution. Their waterproof, robust, and comfortable design is particularly suitable for German Shepherd and Malinois type dogs.

These protections are an optional part of the Dark System helmet and must be used with compatible equipment. They allow for customizing the dog's configuration according to missions and needs.
